Dessert aux fruits d'hiver, la carte de la proximité Avec un dessert à base d'ananas, je sélectionne d'emblée le cépage petit manseng, cher au Jurançon moelleux. Il y a une proximité évidente entre les arômes du fruit et ceux du vin. Et s'il faut choisir une cuvée particulière, je choisis la cuvée sélection 1999 du Clos Lapeyre.
